Attachments
Any kind of files can be attached to your Wiki pages. These
files can then be downloaded whenever needed. The supported office file formats
(doc, xls, csv, odt, ppt etc) can be opened using the respective Zoho app. The total limit of attachments per Wiki is 25 MB as of now.
Attaching Files to your Wiki
- Click on the Attachments link at the end of the page. On clicking, the attachment pane gets displayed just below the link
- Now click on the Attach New File link and select the file using the browse button
- Add description details about your file in the description text box
- For inserting the files previously attached to the wiki click on the Attach Existing Files link, select the file you wish to attach to the current page and click on the Attach link
Versions
The
updated attachments of the same name are stored in different versions.
When a file's attached for the first time, it is stored as Version 1.0.
If the same file (after modification) is attached the next time, it is
stored as Version 1.1 and so on. All the versions of the file are available and they can be retrieved by clicking on the version number.
Attaching older file versions
If you want to attach an older version of a file, then follow the below steps
- Click Attachments -> Attach Existing Files
- Now click the version link (e.g., 1.5). It will display all the available versions
- In this click the Attach link adjacent to the older version (e.g., 1.2) and this version will now get attached to the page.
Removing a file attachment from a page
Removing (detaching) an attachment from the page can be done by clicking on the Remove link in the Files attached to this page pane.
Deleting a file attachment
In order to delete an attachment from your wiki, click on the Delete link corresponding to that attachment in the Attach Existing Files tab.
(Note: The file deleted stays back in the Trash folder and the total memory used by attachments remains the same as before deletion)
Restoring files from Trash
Click on the Trash tab and and a pop-up displaying the deleted files opens. To restore a file, just click on the corresponding Restore link.
Deleting files permanently
To delete the file, click on the Delete link corresponding to that file in the trash dialog box. Empty Trash deletes all the files from the trash. (Caution: The files deleted from Trash can't be retrieved)
Attachment Permissions
Download : Those with
Read permission
Attach : Those with
Edit permission
Remove : Only owner of Wiki
Delete : Only owner of Wiki
That's not 10MB but 25 MB total size limit ... and that's not sufficient :-(
Please increase thit limit to at least 100 MB ! We need it !

I would like everyone to be able to edit my wiki but I do not want anybody to be able to upload anything. Please make this possible.

Is it possible to remove the Attachments(#) link at the bottom of the page? Even though everyone can view my wiki, I don't want my images readily downloadable.
