Link up!
Of course, no web page is complete without HTML links (URLs) – links to other sites and links to other pages on your Wiki. So here’s how you can do it in Zoho Wiki.
Linking to an External Site / Page
This is as easy as eating a pie.
- In Edit mode, select the text that you would like to link and click on the Insert Web Link
button - A window pops up with the URL tab pre-selected and the selected text in the respective fields
- Enter the website or web page URL in the text box of the URL field
- If the text selected by you is fine, leave the text box as it is
- The selected text is also considered by default as tool tip text (the text that appears when you hover over a text or an image). If you wish to change it, enter the new text in the respective fields
- You can also choose how you would like to open up the link that you have just inserted – in a new page or in the same frame, etc. Use the dropdown menu to indicate your choice
- Click OK
Now click on the linked text to see the link open up.

I created a workspace, on a page in that workspace I had a link using the "Create a new wiki page".
After clicking that link I was able to create the page as normal. However, it created the page under my main wiki, not in the workspace. No option to move it where needed. The links in the navigation even had it pointing to the main wiki. I had to copy the contents to the proper page in the workspace and delete the other page entirely.
This should be fixed. If you create a new page in a workspace, it should create the page IN that workspace. It would also be nice if you could specify if you want it to be a subpage under the current page just like when you click "create a new page"
Yes, you can embed a widget to list all the sub pages of a parent page

Hope this helps. Please go let us know if you have any more questions.
Thank you,
