- Setting permissions for your wiki will give you enterprise level
security. Steps to be followed :
- Go to Wiki » Settings at
the top bar
- Click Permissions » Add » Domain:
Enter your company/organization's email address domain name
under Company/Organization Domain. For e.g If your
email address is yourname@yourcompany.com just enter @yourcompany.com
- Or Click Permissions » Add »
Organization: This option is available for enterprises
that have bought Zoho Business. As part of Zoho Business, wiki access
will be provided for all the organization users or for select
organization users.
- Click Save button
- You can allow secure access to your company wiki over the
internet. Steps to be followed:
- Go to wiki Settings at the top bar
- Click Secure Access
- Click Enable only Https radio button.

In your home page, under Pages, click Send
a Link. Then, enter your message about your new company wiki
and send mail to your employees. If you have single email address for
your employees you can use it otherwise just enter multiple email
address comma(,) separated.
Employee's sign up and confirmation of email address
with your company email address is enough to access your company wiki.
